With years of experience inside grassroots basketball, AAU, JUCO, and the college landscape, Ryan has built trusted connections with coaches, programs, and players across the country.

Known for his straight-forward approach, real conversations, and deep understanding of how the basketball world truly works, Ryan helps athletes and families cut through the noise and make the right decisions at the right time.
